At OnePoweb we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable law and relevant international regulations (such as the GDPR, where applicable).

1. Data we collect
  • Registration and identity data: name, email, password (encrypted), account and subscription details.
  • Uploaded business data: report files (CSV/Excel) and any other content you upload for analysis.
  • Technical usage data: IP address, device/browser type, viewed pages, access timestamps and similar information for security and service improvement.
2. Purposes of processing
  • Operating the service, analyzing data and generating charts/reports.
  • Account, subscription and billing management; sending service notifications.
  • Improving the product, UX, security and fraud prevention.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and authority requests.
3. Payments, subscriptions and payment methods
  • Subscriptions are processed via an external payment provider compliant with PCI‑DSS.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers. They are processed and stored only by the payment provider.
  • We may store a token identifier, subscription type, billing dates and transaction results for subscription management and billing history.
  • Trial Period: if you activate a trial period (2 days), you will not be charged during these 2 days. After the trial period ends, a paid PRO subscription will automatically begin.
  • Subscription Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile. If you cancel before the trial period ends (2 days), you will not be charged at all. If you cancel after the paid period begins, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the already paid period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • In case of payment failure we may attempt re‑billing and contact you to update your payment method.
4. Data retention and security
  • Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing and then automatically deleted in line with our operational retention policy.
  • We apply industry‑standard security measures (SSL, access control, password hashing, encryption, etc.), but no system can be 100% secure.
  • By using the internet you accept inherent risks and agree that we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Sharing with third parties
  • We only share personal data in the following cases:
    • legal obligation, court order or request from a competent authority;
    • service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payments, email) under appropriate confidentiality and security agreements;
    • merger, acquisition or business transfer, subject to continued protection of your data.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
  • We use cookies for login sessions, preferences, security and usage analytics.
  • You may block cookies in your browser, but this may impact some functionality.
7. Retention periods
  • We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Uploaded report files are deleted automatically after processing.
8. Your rights
  • Rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as provided by applicable law.

9. International transfers

  • We may update this policy from time to time and will indicate the last updated date on this page.
  • Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
11. Encryption and security
  • Business data stored in the system is encrypted using AES‑256 (Fernet).
  • Passwords are stored as hashes and cannot be recovered in plain text.
  • Communication with the server is protected via TLS/SSL.
12. Access to data
  • Only you can access the reports and data saved under your account.
  • The OnePoweb team does not access report content except when providing support at your request or when legally required.
